Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform

We use Indeed to source candidates in hard-to-fill positions by reaching out to them based on their resume details. This helps us "source" candidates for positions we have posted, gain the attention of the organization within the community, and connect with professionals that will contribute to the organization. Indeed allows us to create projects that connect with individuals who are editing their resumes recently and list that they are currently searching for a position. We recently used the Indeed interview event and connected with over 50 individuals within one day. We plan to use this feature more with other positions.
  • Interview event.
  • Listing matching candidates to searches.
  • Creating projects and templates to use when searching for candidates.
  • Requiring candidates to give a reason they are not interested in a position.
  • A wide net for candidate pool.
  • Reducing time-to-fill.
They are fairly the same, but I prefer indeed because of the amount of responses we've received as opposed to LinkedIn.

- Interview events and allow the interviewers to control the process with their team.
- Allowing multiple means of communication for events (phone, video, chat).
- Viewing candidate resumes as you're speaking with them.
- Passive candidate matching to job searches within projects.
- The use of templates and sorting candidates based on their responses to outreach.
