Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform

I utilize the resume search function only. It is an awesome tool that I highly recommend. In addition, I utilize the project/template functions so I can reach out to more candidates in a really short time frame. I always love the filter tools so I can specifically target prospective candidates!

  • A must have recruitment tool.
  • Access to qualified candidates on a consistent basis.
  • Cuts your sourcing time in half due to the many great tools the platform offers!
  • As of now I have no examples of areas that need improvement.
  • The ROI is fantastic. The plants I specifically recruit for have had the same hard-to-fill orders for over a year with NO new hires; Since utilizing Indeed's Platform that has now all changed! Orders are being filled in a timely manner and we now have a streamline of prospective qualified candidates!
  • Has cut my sourcing time in half!
  • The ability to prescreen prospective candidates for specific openings is a game changer!
Indeed Hiring Platform offers many tools that other companies do not; Indeed is easier to utilize; has more prospective candidates in its databases and is a must-have tool for all recruiters, especially in high volume staffing. Utilizing Indeed on a consistent basis has helped to reduce my sourcing time!

I work pretty much exclusively on hard-to-fill orders where there is a nationwide shortage of candidates so the tools the Indeed Platform offers are must-have recruitment tools. It cuts my sourcing time down; I consistently am able to find qualified candidates that may not answer job postings which gives me a huge advantage when sourcing for talent!
