Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our recruiters use the hiring platform almost daily to seamlessly hold and manage hiring events at our manufacturing and operations locations.

Pros and Cons

It is organized - very easy to use.
It clearly breaks up scheduled vs. pending/active/completed events which makes it very easy to manage.
The duplicate feature allows for a simple process to only edit necessary points/changes when scheduling an additional event.

It would be nice to have confirmation emails when something is posted successfully for peace of mind.

We use Indeed Hiring Platform for so many other marketing options that it makes it very nice to add on different products from the same company. Most of the sites/options have similar pages or layouts and tools that can do the same functions - recruiters do not have to learn new pages over and over because the sites are already so similar.

It is very simple to not only learn but maintain, once our recruiters became familiar with it, the questions and the "managing" time became far less. They are sufficient in getting events posted/changed/etc. all on their own which takes out the middle man and shortens the time it takes to post.
