Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform
We use the Indeed Hiring Platform to manage our twice-weekly hiring events. It has been particularly useful in predicting and managing flow. I believe we're also seeing people we might not otherwise have seen. We are also hoping to see it increase our candidate quality (the idea being if people make an "appointment" and keep it, they may be more reliable).
- Managing applicant flow.
- Drawing candidates to the posting.
- I really need to be able to create registration maximums for each 30-minute time slot, versus the whole overall thing. We tend to get a huge influx at 10 am (sometimes up to 20+ in the door at 10 am) and then it tapers off to something more manageable, however, that influx at 10 am can leave us trying to catch up for the whole five-hour event.
- I would like to be able to manage the communication instances. IE: you send one email and one text 24 hours before the event to remind folks. I'd like to be able to tell you how often I want you to send reminders. We find that if we communicate regularly with people in the 10 days leading to the event, they are more likely to "remember" to attend.
- I would like one page on my Indeed company profile for Hiring Events. We post our events a month in advance. I'd like people to be able to see the events in one Crocs branded place and select the date they want to attend, with a link to that page. This also would make it much easier for me to advertise in Facebook groups and other places.
- It has improved our candidate experience.
- Given the cost of the product itself, it has not lowered our cost per hire, and I think this is an area where Indeed has some opportunities. Volume discounts, etc.
- It's a separate platform to manage outside our ATS. Better integration with Greenhouse would make this much easier to manage.
We are also evaluating GEM Talent CRM in addition to the two above, all of which offer integrated Hiring Event platforms.
