Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform
Indeed Hiring Platform is utilized in several different ways. For direct sourcing and hiring events, I don't have many problems with the platform, but I do wish there were more options to narrow searches/criteria when sourcing. For the hiring events, I wish there was a better way to qualify candidates we will be talking to prior to the interview to make sure they aren't wasting their own time or ours with a position they are not necessarily the right fit for.
- Providing a broad range of candidates
- The messaging options
- Giving good reasons/feedback for not being interested in a certain position
- Increased search options/criteria
- Bringing better candidate matches (don't provide candidates who haven't updated their resume recently!)
- Improving/streamlining sourcing
- Definitely return on investment
- Marketing/advertising my company and myself as a resource for job searching
I think Indeed Hiring Platform heavily outweighs Zip and CareerBuilder in terms of quality of candidates and candidate reach. It is most similar to LinkedIn in terms of success with sourcing candidates. Still, as stated in the previous question, I believe LinkedIn is more qualified in terms of higher-level/higher-paid candidates.
Do you think Indeed Hiring Platform delivers good value for the price?
Yes
Are you happy with Indeed Hiring Platform's feature set?
Yes
Did Indeed Hiring Platform live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of Indeed Hiring Platform go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy Indeed Hiring Platform again?
Yes
It gives me a large pool of candidates that are easy to message quickly and get a reply. However, as stated in a previous question, I would like more options in terms of criteria to narrow down qualified candidates for more difficult searches, and I would like to see more high-level/higher-paying qualified candidates.
They align well for lower to mid-level candidates, but not so much past the $60-$70K pay range or mid-level to director-level candidates.
