Indeed takes some of the pain away from the Great Resignation

As a non-profit, human services organization it is not easy to find the right individuals to fill the essential roles within the organization. When I first started posting our open positions on Indeed.com approximately 5 years ago, I didn't really understand why sponsoring a job made a difference. I would occasionally add a budget to a job here and there but did not do this routinely. The pandemic only made hiring harder and fortunately, I've had the privilege to work with two outstanding Account Managers within Indeed's Client Support Department. They have not only taken the time to fully explain the services but have been my go-to for ideally managing a monthly budget and sharing in the responsibility of filling positions, by making recommendations on postings and changes I may want to consider to draw more attention. I would highly recommend posting your open positions with Indeed and believe you will see a difference if you connect with your Client Support Specialists. They know their stuff!
