Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs
We are currently using Indeed Sponsored jobs for our organization to help our top jobs/needs get more attraction for potential candidates. We have had great success in using Indeed Sponsor and seeing the results and impact it has on us getting more applications. Our rep has been wondering if guiding me on how to successfully use the platform and the best ways to attract candidates.
- Attracts potential candidates that might not have looked at the job until it was being Sponsored
- Puts your jobs at the top of the website to gain more applications
- Have access to your company page
- Shows you how your jobs are doing on the platform- how many applications you are getting from the job being sponsored, and how much you are budgeting for that job.
- Provides direct data from month to month so you can track how your jobs are doing.
- The new update where you see the report is not very user friendly
- Providing hiring insights for everyone, not just if you spend a certain amount of money
- Costly effective for smaller organization who don't have a huge budget to spend
- Applicant quality
- Time to hire has gone down
- Amount of applications
- Cost per hire
All healthcare positions, or hard to fill positions. Examples are RN, LPNS, Nursing Aid, Program Director, Medical Social Worker, Respiratory Therapist, Database Administrator, Data Analytics Specialist.

We have used Linkedin Recruiter- this is another good platform, however, this is very different from Indeed Sponsor. I could not stack up the two since this platform is more focused on sourcing candidates
