Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs

I use Indeed Sponsored Jobs to post various locations throughout the country, which helps me reach millions of candidates. The problem the product addresses is the cost, I no longer have to monitor the cost per click (I still do but not every second), and placing a budget helps not only me but the Indeed team.

  • Cost per hire-this can be both based on the location of the job posting.
Currently outside sales representatives, healthcare sales representatives, are the 2 most commonly used for our job postings. Most of our positions are commission only which is challenging to explain the compensation on the job listings.
Sourcing is one of the features that our team uses and has great success. Most of our hires are from sourced resumes/candidates. It is a feature that is very helpful and creating campaigns makes it easy for our team to keep track of the candidates who are interested.
The rating of 10 is not only for the Indeed Sponsor ads but also for the team that is behind the scenes making all the magic happen. Our account manager is so amazing, a great communicator, very efficient, and has assisted me.
Since using the ATS integration, the posting is done on the ATS side and even though some of the features are not offered, it is pretty easy to post jobs.

We are currently using an ATS which is integrated with Indeed, and some of the features are not available as they are on the direct post on Indeed. I would like once a job is posted and live on the ATS, to be able to receive email alerts of candidates which are matching my job description and for me to reach out to them.
