The software is easy to use, convenient, and reaches a wide variety of candidates, a few times our sponsored jobs weren't being tracked closely enough and we have been overcharged a few times.

Very easy to navigate, and if you need help the account managers are always available to help! I like the overall feel of the dashboard, things are laid out in a uniform manner helping to keep candidates in order. I also very much enjoy the messaging feature so that you can speak to candidates easily without having to go thru email.
