I use Indeed Sponsored Jobs to recruit, manage, and hire employees on a daily basis.
  • Streamlines the hiring process.
  • Makes communication with prospective employees convenient.
  • Advertising our openings with ease.
  • Dashboard function when using mobile app.
  • Being able to go back and undo a step check mark if you accidentally clicked it.

The text messaging function is very easy and convenient way to communicate with candidates!
Any time I needed anything Taylor or Britney always lend a helping hand!
We need a big push to hire for several of our locations and Paylocity didn't have the reach and scope that Indeed Sponsored Jobs did.

Yes

Since it is pay-per-click, you won’t waste money on applicants who aren’t interested in your job at all and scroll on by. The downside is if someone clicks in and clicks out quickly without reading much or applying, you are out that advertising money with no results. With sponsored postings, you get the ability to for Instant Match where Indeed will match you with candidates that fit what you are looking for. You will also get the ability to invite candidates to apply for your position, and reach more candidates through desktop, mobile, and Job Alert emails.

Using Indeed Sponsored Jobs

2 - I use it for hiring, ect. The DOH uses it to reach out to potentially interested candidates, start a conversation with them and then forward their resume to me for next steps.
2 - We have an Team Lead Senior Account Executive that regulates and disperses our budget throughout our job listings monthly, making sure we don't go over our expected budget, while also reaching the right amount of candidates.

The software is easy to use, convenient, and reaches a wide variety of candidates, a few times our sponsored jobs weren't being tracked closely enough and we have been overcharged a few times.

Very easy to navigate, and if you need help the account managers are always available to help! I like the overall feel of the dashboard, things are laid out in a uniform manner helping to keep candidates in order. I also very much enjoy the messaging feature so that you can speak to candidates easily without having to go thru email.
