We recruit and hire year-round so are always actively searching for candidates. Using Indeed Sponsored jobs is our main recruiting tool and we have had good results. We work with our account reps to stay current in job seeker trends and work to make sure we stand out from other companies by sponsoring our positions. Generally, we have 5-7 job postings active at any given time.
- Keeps us at the top of the list for keyword searches.
- Customer service is good-our reps are available and responsive to what we need.
- It was a little confusing for us at setup-would have been good to have a designated rep to help with the setup.
- It has lowered the amount of time it takes us from recruitment to hire.
- It has helped our brand recognition by getting more visibility.
- Less expensive than other advertising methods, such as print media.
