Indeed Sponsored Jobs is well-suited for getting more eyes on whatever job opening you want to boost. I would say a scenario where Indeed Sponsored Jobs is less appropriately suited is for very niche roles because even if you spend the money to boost it, more eyes on your open job won't equate to more applications. To remedy that, I've tailored my job title or worked with my hiring team internally to revamp the role so that it is more likely to be searched for by Indeed's job seekers yet still satisfy our business needs.
