Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs
In my current position I use Indeed Sponsored Jobs to help with openings that are not receiving enough applicants through the free ad. By using the Indeed Sponsored Jobs it allows our company to reach more candidates and compete with other companies looking to fill those same positions. We use also use Indeed Sponsored Jobs for positions that we are looking to fill in areas that in the past have not received a lot of attention or in general are smaller areas with fewer candidates.
- It helps us find quality candidates.
- Helps us get more attention in a difficult market.
- Helps us compete with other companies looking to fill for the same position.
- We currently use greenhouse as our ATS. I do wish it was easier to sponsor the indeed jobs from our ATS.
- The cost per hire has proven to be worth it due to the quality applicants that we have received while using Indeed Sponsored Jobs.
Dental Hygienists and Dental Assistants.
We had one experience that stands out to me the most. Through the Indeed Sponsored Jobs post we were able to find an amazing hygienist who now brings in as much revenue as some of our Dentists.
We have previously worked with ihiredental.com for sponsored ads. After paying to keep that ad open for 3 months we closed due to lack of quality candidates.

Using Indeed Sponsored Jobs

3 - Staff and Doctor recruitment.
- hard to fill positions
- to get more quality applicants
- stay at the top of the search results
- We have used it to basically help our company grow our Dental Hygiene department.
- As our company expands we are looking to add dental specialists. We would at that time use Indeed Sponsored Jobs to recruit the best quality candidates.
Evaluating Indeed Sponsored Jobs and Competitors
- Price
- Product Features
- Product Usability
Working for a larger DSO company our most important factor is pricing. We have to justify using it. Looking at our history and the new employees we have found through Indeed Sponsored Jobs we can justify spending the extra money to sponsor it because we are gaining a more qualified employee.
We have had great success and I would not change anything about our evaluation and selection process.
Indeed Sponsored Jobs Implementation
- Implemented in-house
Not sure - I came onboard after it had taken place.
Indeed Sponsored Jobs Support

No, I am not in charge of our Indeed account and came onboard after the decision was made.
Last month we had two days where the Indeed site was not working on my end. Lauren and Holly both communicated fast to let me know if an issue was with Indeed in general not just on my end. They sent a link to help me access my sponsored ads so that I could continue working until the issue was resolved.
Using Indeed Sponsored Jobs
Pros | Cons |

Like to use Relatively simple Easy to use Technical support not required Well integrated Consistent Quick to learn Convenient Feel confident using Familiar | None |
- It literally walks you through the process. Also, you are made aware of what price you are paying for the ad and what the average price per day is.
- I personally like to schedule my own phone calls/interviews so adding the option for Indeed to schedule them for you is cumbersome. I feel that there could be some steps taken out of the posting a new job process.
Yes, but I don't use it
