Overall Satisfaction with InEight

I use InEight on a day by day basis. I use it for daily planning of tasks to be performed. Also, to keep track of up to date quantities and remaining quantities for tasks being performed. Run reports to make sure we are advancing the project at a good performance rate. I use InEight for document control, compliance, and completion of tasks being performed.

Pros

  • Keeping track of progress is easily available and controlled by filters to search for specific tasks.

Cons

  • Something I would change is making easier filters for quantity tracking.
  • The speed of running report for performance factor.
  • It has had a positive impact in tracking time.
  • Tracking quantities is made more effective.
  • over all unit rates to man power needed for tasks.
InEight has helped me to do daily planning and running at a good performance rate through all projects. I have been using InEight for 5 years and it has made running a project to be a breeze. We have planned out our daily plans and ran at an incredible performance rate throughout all projects.
I have given the high rating due to the fact that it makes it easier to plan and see your performance rating for the tasks being performed and throughout a whole project. It makes sure that all our employees are accounted for and make sure that we are following the tasks that need to be completed every day.
As a whole project it is easy to use and to be able to show performance throughout all our disciplines. Making check sheets easy to access and easy for sign offs when needed. When coming to the end of the project it makes completions much easier to be performed and close off worked that has been completed by our different disciplines.
InEight has been the first product that I have used and I wouldn't change it. Coming up from a hand to staff it has made my job easier to perform. Easier to keep track of quantities, hours, production being made throughout the project and makes it easier to access work plans and other documents needed to perform tasks.

InEight is well used for big organizations where you want to plan your daily tasks and make sure you are keeping track of all the workers in the field's time. It makes it easier to see and to make sure that the employees' time sheets are correct and that they are getting paid for work completed.
