Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use InEight mainly for timesheets and basic hour tracking. We code our hours to certain business groups, and it makes it easy to track the hours worked. It helps us keep accurate records of work hours, which simplifies payroll and project cost tracking. While our use is limited to straightforward time management tasks, it still plays a key role in improving efficiency and reducing manual errors.

Our main goal with InEight was to streamline time tracking and reduce the administrative burden of managing timesheets manually. We wanted a simple, reliable way to log work hours that would improve accuracy, save time, and support more consistent reporting across teams. The user-friendly interface and ease of integration made it work really well for our use case

It is a system with lots of good uses, but there could be a better expansion of use within the company and current practices. Some things do not integrate quite as well as we would like and overall, it is good for what we need it for, but some areas could be slight improved upon for new users

Scalability

InEight is a good system that has scaled nicely as the company has grown. the tools are still readily available and applicable for our larger scope of work. It has kept up with the growth of the company very nicely

Support Rating

I think this is an area that is lacking. The tools are pretty user friendly and intuitive but if there are simple support related issues, it takes time to get an answer or try to find a resolution

Timesheet coding and hour tracking is where I can really speak to. That works quite well and the dashboard, while it has it's uses, we haven't used it to the fullest extent mainly as it is hard for new users to learn and manipulate the system. A better and more extensive FAQ or system training would be great
