We have been using Influitive to manage the customer advocacy community for 3 years, through the Customer Marketing Team strategy. Our main objective is to improve our relationship with customers and achieve advocacy acts.

The most important thing about being with Influitive is the contact with other companies that work with customer advocacy. Compared to Brazilian solutions, Influitive is more robust.

I highly recommend Influitive for Saas companies, with technology user personas. I believe it doesn't work so well for companies that have users who are not used to technology.
