Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ

Infosec IQ is used across the whole organization. We use it for a cybersecurity learning awareness program as well as for phishing campaigns.
  • Great quality of e-learning content
  • User friendliness for both admins and users
  • High level of campaigns automation
  • Integration with Azure AD is ok but there is a room for improvement.
  • Security awareness (phishing!) has grown dramatically in our organization.
  • Less data leakage
Again: Infosec is more suited for global companies providing content in a bigger number of languages.

Well suited for international companies where the majority of users speak English, however, all key materials are available in a number of different languages. The tool requires a security specialist to setup campaigns properly and an admin to automate/integrate. I can't really find a scenario where it is less appropriate unless it does not support your language.
