Overall Satisfaction with INFUSE

They are a trusted lead gen partner for us - we use them to run a mix of content syndication tactics for our clients as part of their paid media efforts.

  • Its difficult to get specific feedback from our clients, however it has never been negative.
  • We see a lower number of lead rejections from INFUSE which is great
Support form INFUSE is always great - really quick responses and turnarounds. Bronte is our rep and is very helpful and great at managing our campaigns across multiple contacts and clients.
INFUSE stacks up well - leads are always delivered on time and we dont get negative feedback from clients. Previews are always well written and when a breif is sent over its understood rather than a lot of questions and extra detail needed

Well suited for EMEA campaigns and campaigns which need additional lead nurture. Great for driving webinar registrations too. Less appropriate for wider regions and heavily TAL focused campaigns.
