Overall Satisfaction with INFUSE

INFUSE are great at proving intent details and helping with lead generation. Specifically producing genuinely qualified leads at a guaranteed cost per lead.

Pros

  • Friendly and professional
  • Market experts across a range of disciplines
  • Social networking

Cons

  • ABM models - I.e a set number of leads generated from one account
  • Lead time not a huge issue and don’t want to compromise quality but who doesn’t love quick leads!
  • Intent data - showing companies that are surging got our client excited
  • Changing perceptions of using an external agency. It’s a slow but steady process, we are now gaining higher interest from our COO CEO and other success managers
Mailena is AMAZING.

She responds almost instantly. She always jumps on a call whenever I ask and can drum up a client-facing deck in a matter of days. She is a professional, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with.

I have referred Infuse to multiple colleagues and whilst not everyone is using them yet, the business is aware of who they are. At this stage we don’t necessarily work with enough clients who have a large enough budget to work with Infuse but we will be signing more enterprise sized clients as our business model changes meaning Infuse will be a more applicable avenue to generate leads
