Overall Satisfaction with INFUSE
Working with INFUSE has been focused on demand generation campaigns for our Cisco solutions. We needed to grow our lead values for eComm and SMB Cisco solutions. The programs we have created are something we like to have on every quarter to produce qualified leads for our business.

Cons
- Sharing files for review that are ready to go besides having to request for access to a Google share folder
- Using maybe smartsheet to share campaign progress for each campaign. You can upload files and have a communication history for each project
- They have provided me key ROI statistics to report to my leadership and partner investments
- Each project has a defined guaranteed lead or activity result
I use multiple vendors in my bench and make sure I can manage several campaigns at once. INFUSE makes sure we have defined goals, objectives and ROI. Every time I bring a new project we are able to work together to create a strategic plan. We work together to review the results during a campaign and make any further adjustments as needed.
