Overall Satisfaction with INFUSE

Industrial software solutions spanning various domains like operations control, data management, and engineering, with a focus on optimizing operations and improving efficiency. Key product areas include data management and analytics, operations, engineering, and simulation and training for manufacturing, chemicals, power, energy, oil & gas, automotive plants. ultimately helping companies to achieve profitability and operational efficiency.

Pros

  • Responsible and thorough follow through during projects
  • Clarity on what INFUSE offers and the limitations
  • Quality of leads generated

Cons

  • Turnaround time for localisation services
  • Quality of translation for localisation services
  • Inability to receive account login details for dashboard access
  • Cost-per-lead is quite high compared to other vendors
  • Not many leads with high seniority generated for the campaign
INFUSE has always been accommodating to my requirements on the campaigns and always up for negotiation to talk through how we can settle in terms of budget and targeting. They also provide thorough post-campaign results with us to run through the learnings & observations.
INFUSE still has the ability to generate leads with a higher lead scoring compared to other vendors. Although pricing is a little steep, as long as budget allows, we will definitely go back to INFUSE for high quality leads instead of just quantity.

INFUSE has given us a relative good and accurate targeting in terms of lead generation campaigns. The scoring for the leads generated are relatively high and shown good interest in our products. INFUSE is also flexibility in accommodating to our requirements and budget, showing sincerity in wanting to work together.
