Overall Satisfaction with INFUSEmedia

We engage INFUSEmedia to run content syndication campaigns to help generate quality leads for our B2B clients in the APAC region. Content syndication helps us to guarantee a volume of leads to clients at a fixed cost - This helps us in planning towards the clients' goals with the budget we are provided with.

  • It would be good to receive updates on new offerings/ solutions without asking
  • Fulfilling lead guarantees in a timely way

The team is very helpful and supportive, even in difficult situations. There were multiple occasions where we could hop on impromptu calls to quickly discuss challenges and problem solve. I feel very comfortable to reach out to the team to discuss solutions.
