Overall Satisfaction with InsideSales Playbooks (formerly XANT Playbooks)

We use Playbooks together with Salesforce. The tool is cumbersome and not very intuitive to use. All my reps, not only the new ones, have a lot of questions about how to use it and have developed a dislike. Yes, it automates a lot of steps, but it's very un user-friendly. On top of that, the software has a lot of issues that cause our connect call ratio to drop from 60-70% to 40-50%. It has never worked properly and support isn't able to do a lot it seems. Finally, the reporting section is not very helpful. We're still building a lot of our own reports in Salesforce. In sum: Stay away from this tool. I'm glad we will be switching to Outreach soon.

There is much to improve. Buttons are at weird places. Its not intuitive what to do when a play has ended. It is not clear when automations (bots) kick in. The list goes on...
