Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
In our office, Insightly is used to manage and correspond with contacts, keep notes, manage file attachments, track tasks and so much more. As a client progresses, their file grows from being just a contact, to an opportunity, to a project, and every step along the way is tracked and managed by multiple departments using a single application. Beyond the surface level, there are reporting tools that can be used to export and analyze anything from productivity to quality levels, to internal service levels.

I think Insightly has definitely helped our company to get sales. We are able to quickly organize and send clients information and follow up with precise notes. This attention to detail is proving to be important to our clients and Insightly provides us with an opportunity to show our clients that we are dedicated to their details.
