Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Insightly is used across the entire organization for the management of basic client information, project information, and task management. It works extremely well in helping to visualize the day to day task load across the whole organization while also allowing users to dive into specific projects.
- Task assignment & classification.
- Tracking the status and phase of a project.
- Tracking projects related to specific contacts & organizations.
- Availability of automation to lower price bracket users.
- Inability to connect multiple organizations on mobile device.
More efficient project management was an expectation of using Insightly and so far that has been met.
I've also used Microsoft Dynamics CRM which is more robust but also more difficult to setup and costly.
