Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
As someone in charge of identifying revenue opportunities, it was important for me to have a system that allowed me to track new business development, revenue generation, new hospital customers and new testing opportunities for FDA blood donor testing. Spreadsheet documents weren’t cutting it for my growing organization.
I was familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) solutions but he wanted to ensure he found a cost-effective, cloud-based CRM that integrated with his email and helped with internal reporting. After some web research and discussions with colleagues, I landed on Insightly. I was drawn to the way Insightly handled a lot of the technical CRM aspects, including backups and security, so he could focus on the business side of things. The fact that Insightly offers nonprofit organizations a cost-effective option was key.
- Lead tracking is a huge part of my day-to-day CRM use. My sales cycle is between nine and twelve months, so I use Insightly to track notes and project statuses.
- Insightly helps me stay organized with where his leads are in the sales funnel.
- Also, I use Insightlys' mobile capabilities when he is traveling to meet potential customers. I like being able to pull up a contact record and know exactly what the last interaction was ahead of a meeting.
- I would like to see Insightly offer more e-mail templates which I could customize for my use. This would be a big help.
- I use Time Trade and it would be a nice feature to be able to integrate Time Trade with Insightly.
