Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Most of our communication with real estate investors is done via email. Insightly has been an AMAZING tool to help keep contacts up to date, all communication history is available to know the history with the contact when emailing them next, I use the tasks daily to know who to follow up with, what to send, etc. Our previous method was a spreadsheet, it held all the information, but it was not time-effective. It took a lot of time to update every time we communicated with someone. Now I have the Gmail plugin, I click the Insightly button in the email and the communication is automatically updated in Insightly. It's great!!

- Cannot change Leads from Closed back to Open status.
- Would like to be able to edit task sets when adding them (click the set to add & give options to edit there all together, instead of editing each one individually after adding all).
- Would like some parts to be a little more tailored for Real Estate.
- Improved efficiency
My efficiency and ability to follow up with more contacts has at least doubled in the last year of using Insightly.
Insighly is the best CRM/sales tool to keep track of everyone and follow up appropriately.
