It is awkward to toggle between emails and their attachments which are saved as Files. Especially since the Png's mentioned earlier are saved as files.

Insightly has a very clean interface, the home page will list your recent tasks or your current tasks, and you can customize much of it. On the left the options to get to the various opportunities or reports are nice. Searching through contacts is easy and I like the opportunity stages which are also customizable. Lastly, we have a variety of technology comfortability in our department but everyone was able to pretty quickly get up to speed with Insightly.

I started using Insightly with barely any knowledge beforehand. I found it super easy to navigate and when I needed a little bit more, I was able to find help in their support section on the website. There are many ways to customize/track your contacts' information which makes it a good option for pretty much anybody.

Insightly cannot store large amount of data as it has limitation of storing large amount of data and that requires a lot of effort. It requires great amount of computation time as well to perform territory and customer segmentation analysis based on algorithm used which leads to delay in delivery of projects.

The software is easy to learn. Data entry is seamless and easy to navigate. It works best for Year-to-date data, but without putting information in Notes, there is no way to maintain multiple fields' yearly information over several years.
Email templates are useful and easy to use. Tasks are convenient for managing workflow.

If it weren't for the learner-friendly contact with Insightly, our team would be far behind in our successes. With illness and conflicts not [allowing] office time for some, Insightly has made mobile access the saving grace of our team. Anyone can learn this software and teach others to follow. Very happy!

Insightly has met all our expectations in terms of its usability as a CRM. The feature set for certain modules like lead management, workflow management, and project management is comprehensive and can be used effectively. However, it doesn't compare well to other CRMs that have much better features and cover functionality for many other areas in a sales cycle. They also don't have a strong support team to help fix issues and bugs. Additionally, it lacks a good reporting feature, so there is room for improvement there.

Insightly software provides what usual CRM softwares do, with a great UI, emails tracking, contacts management, workflow automations and what not. The project module as well as reporting seems to be an interesting area too; however, we do not have complete access or roles provided for the same but would surely like to explore that.

Insightly is so easy to setup and so intuitive. Easy to generate your reports and the iPhone app is very easy to use. Wish the email was a little more tightly integrated into Gmail, but Insightly does everything you would expect a CRM to do. Great t-shirts too!

As a user, I find the design of this program clunky and not as user-friendly as it should be. A lot of things could and should be more logical and better support the input, retrieval, and management of information. For example, getting an overview of projects and contacts for one client requires a lot of clicking between different views. It is also clunky and non-user-friendly to enter contact information, which requires extra linking to parent entities, even though it could be done automatically.

Their ability is very strong. They can do more for their product and it will be best as mentioned earlier. They can add more integrations, more reports, and should be good enough to lead the market. I love how it works, how quick it is, and hence the overall usability and ratings from my end.

I love it!
The only thing that would make it better would be tighter integration with Xero!
We use Xero for quoting and this would be amazing if we could quote (1st prize) from Insightly, or vice versa have our Xero quotes create opportunities in insightly!
