We love the customization and features we get with Insightly. And that we can use it with ease. Also the support team is so hands on and quick to answer any and all questions we have which is so helpful and important to our team who run at lightning speeds at times!

The Insightly tool is not only simple but customizable in several ways. The tool comes with standard automated workflows build in. Additionally, they have other add-ons that allow small to mid size companies to automate challenging processes without the need to purchase custom development.

Very usable and intuitive, and the team "behind the scenes" is always keeping things running with little to know downtime. Able to move back and forth between desktop and mobile apps fairly seemlessly (my only critique is that -- in the mobile version -- it is hard to view the "details" field in the "related' section of a contact.

A solid CRM covering most of the needs of a small business.

In my experience, the recent lack of platform development has seen it become less and less feature rich in comparison to other business tools we use. As a result we have slowly stripped its uses back to the core competancies.

We do not use this platform to communicate with clients. We use this application in conjunction with another platform for client communication. All client communication is then recorded in Insightly to be referenced at a later date if needed.

There is really nothing as far as customization to the system that we cannot do. It's extremely easy to customize as well as use. Anything we want to add or remove to our Objects can usually be done in a few minutes or less. You can tell everything is very well thought out and was made to be modern and up to date.

Insightly is customizable and easy to use. Our team was able to reduce our IT department by utilizing custom features and automation from Insightly. The system also makes it easy to update client profiles and can track last activity with each client.

Insightly is a robust CRM that has a great ease for customisation. It has handled all of the industry specific modifications that we have needed to add thus far, and doubles as a ERM as well as the CRM for our company. It is a strong CRM platform and integrates well with our suite of modern tech stack. I do recommend it and enjoy using it day to day.

The reports are easy to customize and generate within seconds. The pipeline clearly shows what is going on with the order, so we don't have to waste time frequently checking in. The database helps us quickly look up a healthcare provider's NPI so we can add it to the order and verify eligibility for insurance.

Insightly does provide a highly customizable platform which can be driven by the user in most instances. There are times where there is a need for technical involvement from Insightly or limitations on some of the customizations. Overall, the platform is easy to use and easy to train on for individuals within our organization.

Haven't really had any issues with it thusfar. Even things I'm not sure of how to use, figuring them out logically is pretty easy. Everything can be neatly compartmentalized for ease of use, so I would give it a 10. It's well integrated and seamless, so I almost don't even notice it.

Insightly is extremely user friendly and has legitimate people working for them who will help you to understand the platform and the entire CRM process. They helped us to customize our CRM so that we had exactly what we needed set up before launching. I would recommend the staff above all else.

Our staff gets regular training and has been able to use Insightly easily. The support at Insightly is also willing to jump on a call and do training whenever we have requested. Overall, this works for our sales staff and our media staff for production. We also love that reports can be customized for multiple uses for all our departments.
