Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

I used Insightly at a previous organization in the department I was working on. We used the free version. We used the online CRM software that helps businesses organize interactions with clients to help us organize communication with them and improve our relationships overall. We also tried their lead management tools but I found myself gravitating to CRm instead.
  • It helps keep track of projects, emails, notes, leads, milestones,
  • It is easy for the administrator to create a team user page and track our activity
  • One thing that made it really easy to use is that you can download its app to an android or iphone and access it wherever you were
  • It does not offer custom reports and dashboards like Salesforce Sales Cloud Professional, which I have not used but other teams in my office tried it
  • I liked using the free version and understood that it could not come with caviats but it did seem very basic
Some outcomes I hoped to achieve using Insightly was tracking our leads and focusing on tracking clients and their communication to grow our accounts. I think that the interface overall was easy to use and it was easy for our teams to work together on the system since you could establish teams within the system. it also had options to add leads from the internet which was very straightforward and efficient.
The user interface was easy to use and follow for our team and there are plenty of customizations and integrations. I also liked that they even offered a free version as a lot of CRM vendors do not and we could sample the tools that it offered. Another thing that was quite easy was adding users and teams by clicking into System Settings and then clicking Users or Teams.
