Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We use Insightly as our internal CRM. We use it to track sales, internal tickets, ad operation tickets and more. It is being used across multiple departments. Not all employees use it but the vast majority do. It has addressed a few business problems such as holding staff accountable for their projects and timelines for tickets and tasks.
It also allows us to see the transparency internally regarding sales and which salespeople are talking to specific clients.

- Keeps sales records very clean and in an easy to read format.
- Helps sync our teams up and provides nice graphs and easy to use UI.
- Very simple to set up and add new leads and contacts. Makes things much more simple and easy to follow internally.
- The UI is decent although I prefer SFDC more. They could make it a little more intuitive.
- Requires a lot of steps to get to a specific screen, although this could be specific to my setup.
- It would be nice if the liscense per user was cheaper.
Yes, we did, we have been able to keep staff more accountable for their leads and follow-ups, resulting in more touches and conversions overall. Aso helps my account management team set tasks to follow up with their existing clients to grow the partnership and business. We have seen good results overall with this CRM.
overall it is decent but i would choose Salesforce over insightly as its easier to use, i am more comfortable with the layout and UI and overall seems to be cheaper. I do think it is a good CRM but there may be other better solutions out there for internal CRMs.
