Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
In theory it is used across the organisation, but I'd say the adoption rate is about 60%.
I use it mainly to:
- track and follow up on leads
- track opportunities
- track associates
- track organisations.
To a lesser extent, I use it to:
- report on sales pipeline, mostly on a regional basis. Because of the low adoption rate, we can't use it to report on a global basis.

Pros
- Online tool, easy to share
- Quite an intuitive interface, easy to implement
- IOS interface
Cons
- It creates duplicate contacts and companies, whenever I'm saving a mail to Insightly. I constantly have to remove duplicates.
- I'd like to purchase additional business cards scans, but more scans only come with a more expensive subscription.
- The feature to save emails to Insightly can't be activated from time to time: the 'save' button is left blank.
Outcomes hoped for and not/partially achieved because of low adoption rate
