Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We use Insightly as our internal CRM. Although there are small features I would like to be able to use in Reports, overall I would say that Insightly is great, and continues to improve each year. We can typically use AppConnect, or utilize exporting reports in order to accomodate the features we lack. I would recommend Insightly as it's easy to use for both the individual users, and the admin.
The biggest thing I would like to see improved (or changed back) is the reports being updated instantly instead of hourly.

- Regular changes/improvements
- ability to share/build reports
- the cards we can create for dashboards
- Being able to compare data in like fields (ex. dates)
- reports updating automatically
- being able to search fields that are used in workflows/layout rule etc
- The more information we need to put in Insightly the more difficult it is due to limited fields avail
the workflows in Insightly are somewhat limited but the ability to auto update most statuses is nice
