Overall Satisfaction with Intacct

We use it to manage accounting for almost 100 clients. The whole company uses it. It is convenient to access when I cannot make it to the office and our clients appreciate the dashboard features when setting goals for the teams.
  • There are a lot of features available for Dashboards that allow for a fast glance at the abstract of a company's financials.
  • It is user friendly; easy to learn. Some of our more involved clients access Intacct and have quickly learned to build reports and navigate the website.
  • We are able to successfully use it to integrate with a cloud document management system.
  • I'd like to add attachments/supporting documents when sending invoices to customers using the auto-email feature in Accounts Receivable.
  • It allows for quick data entry. Reporting is simple and can be automated.
  • There are settings to prevent simple mistakes such as a typo in the year or entering a duplicate invoice.
  • Great Plains,QuickBooks Pro
I have worked with clients to transition out of their current software and into Intacct. Intacct is much more advanced and cannot really be compared to other software.
It has made the company faster and efficient. There are constantly new updates that are allowing us to grow.
It is much more reliable than the programs that most small companies use. Many small companies start out with QuickBooks or Great Plains, but if they're growing companies these programs will eventually no longer have the capacity to make their accounting efficient.
