Overall Satisfaction with Intacct
Intacct is used mostly by the accounting department but all employees use it for submitting expense reports. Intacct helps us with day to day accounting functions.
- Helps to enter all the orders received on a daily basis
- All the accounting functions are well labeled with various reports that are easy to download
- Helps with viewing all employees' expense reports
- The portal needs to have more Q & A with different scenarios
- It takes a long time for the tech support to reply and sometimes they just email back and forth
- There should be more reports available for easy access
- Intacct saves a lot of time for me, since I can easily export any report to further analyze.
I used QuickBooks previously but Intacct is way better.
