Overall Satisfaction with Intacct

I work for a small CPA firm and we implement Intacct for clients. In addition, we do outsourced accounting, so we use it when a client has it implemented.
  • Reporting
  • Online access
  • Dimensions
  • Set up of reports is VERY difficult
  • Quirky reporting set up
  • AP issues occasionally
  • Intacct is the product that everyone is talking about. People are always interested when I bring it up.
  • FundEZ
Intacct and FundEZ both work well with non-profit, but I believe Intacct has more potential. The newer versions of FundEZ are inferior to their older product.
It is great once it is implemented, but the implementation can be very difficult.
For a non-profit company, Intacct is probably the best out there. That said, the reporting module is VERY difficult to set up for a client who has very specific needs.
