Overall Satisfaction with Intacct

We use Intacct as the accounting program for the basis of all of our clients.
  • Dashboards are impressive for tracking key performance indicators
  • Flexibility in group creation for reporting
  • Great financial report writer
  • The user interface can be a bit daunting - it's not "pretty".
  • Some integrations they advertise on the Intacct Marketplace can create problems. New software integrations need to be vetted very carefully.
  • Customization templates are not documented well, there is a lot of trial and error to make custom documents look right.
  • Increased employee efficiency
Intacct surpasses any other accounting software we've used. Our experience ranges from QuickBooks to major ERP systems, none of them stack up to the flexibility and scalability of Intacct.
It is the only software I would choose, for any industry. We use Intacct for several different industries and the ability to standardize our operations by cloning templates for each industry makes deploying clients very easy.

Intacct is perfect for almost any small-medium sized businesses. We would not recommend it for business with under $100,000 in revenue just simply because it is too powerful.
