Overall Satisfaction with Intergy EHR
Our organization used Intergy EHR mainly for claims billing, collections and patient scheduling. Other modules were rolled out but I only had visibility to those mentioned before I left the organization. It was mostly used by the administrative staff to bill insurance claims and schedule appointments for patients. It helped with the daily workflow.
- Faster payment of claims
- Seeing more patients due to increased scheduling efficiency
- Since converting all charts to electronic we were able to turn a storage room into am exam room
