Overall Satisfaction with Intergy EHR

We are a medical billing company in the Northeast. We use Intergy for practice management and some of our clients also use the EHR. It is being used all across our business. It addresses our needs for billing software, MIPS reporting, business metrics, and accounting of patient accounts. The EHR provides a clinical solution for our provider clients.

Pros

  • Financial reporting
  • Quick entry of claims
  • Easy deployment to end-users

Cons

  • Better interoperability
  • Easier to use the mobile app
  • More templates for non-traditional specialties such as psychiatry or dermatology
  • It gave us a greater ability to scale
  • Increased efficiencies from my staff
  • Reduced overall staffing cost
Overall, support is good from Greenway. However, we do most of the support ourselves.
