Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using Intergy EHR across our organization. From scheduling a patient for an appointment all the way to sending billing. Intergy EHR addresses help with continuity of care for our patients.

Negative - provider dissatisfaction due to functionality challenges.

Alternatives Considered

Epic and Cerner Practice Management (PowerWorks)

Intergy is definitely not at the same level as Epic or Cerner. In Epic if you dream it - you can build it. It is definitely not something I can do within Intergy.

Intergy EHR is well suited in the clinic. This would be for smaller clinics. It would not do well in large clinics or a hospital-based location. It is also difficult to use in a specialty clinic - it is geared much more towards General Practice.
