Overall Satisfaction with Invoca

I used Invoca when I was at Windstream to track calls and make campaign optimizations and to look for opportunities to increase revenue. Invoca was great for letting us listen to calls and track how users came into the IVR. It is a great and easy to use call tracking platform

Invoca is suited for marketing campaigns where calls are a conversion. It is easy to set up and integrate with Google ads. It is amazing to be able to use AI signals to see where pain points are and make optimizations where sales are seeing disconnects
