Overall Satisfaction with Iris HR Software

We use Iris HR Software to centralise our employee data across our multi academy trust. Our main business need is to track absence and performance management from a single web based portal and to be able to provide accurate reporting to all our stakeholders via an automated email and self service portal.

  • initial scope/setup support (outside of template)
  • Contacting support can be difficult
  • case sensitive username for end users (email addresses have to match exactly)
  • Greater central data visibility for our CEO and Trustees
  • Comprehensive self service portal of Staff

Iris HR Software is a stable and fairly intuitive product which has had a positive impact on our organisation. We have had some support issues but generally feel we've had a positive experience and our personnel and finance teams have benefitted from this process structure. Whilst contacting the correct Iris HR Software support channel has been our biggest issue once we have established contact our tickets have been raised and resolved promptly.
Iris HR Software is a more mature product and is getting more functionality all the time compared to other products that we've trialed. Everything boils down to cost at the end of the day and we feel that Iris HR Software is more cost effective year on year compared to our previous systems.

Iris HR Software delivers a cloud solution that we need to achieve our business goals.
it has transformed our personnel and finance processes beyond recognition and our staff have responded well to company changes as a result of the deployment of this system.
Our stakeholders are able to receive regular accurate report data and this in turn helps drive business and general staffing efficiencies. As a trust with 100's employees we are able to closely track absence reporting and demonstrate equal opportunities at work.
