We use ISL Light across all of our organization. We offer remote support to our customers. If we can't solve the problem through the live chat (which is also included in the ISL Online license), we can start a remote desktop session with only one click directly from the live chat. The best thing is that in this case, our customers don't have to type in the session code. The software is easy to use, connects fast, and is reliable.
