Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light
We use ISL Light daily as we are using it to offer remote support to our customers. We even have customized connection field on our web page so it is easier to access for our customers. It is litteraly constantly in use. Other use is for employees to safely access their work computers from home or other locations. We cannot imagine our day to day operations without ISL Light.

- Easy installation for users, they enter the code at beginning of the proccess and that is it
- Very fast and very good quality of the remote screen
- When app opens on customers side it could display more clearly that is already connecting as some of the users do not see that and try to enter the session code again.
- Some edge problems, we have a PC with AMD 3400G processor and ISL does not want to work there.
- Approximate ROI per opperator is 5000%!!!! License is couple of hundred EUR/USD but one operater brings in revenue with remote support in the ammount of 10K+ EUR/USD.
- Proffesional image of the company as software is very reliable. Never had any problems connecting to the customers side.
- Fast app addoption for new employees - everybody almost immediatly understands how to use to access company computer or offer support in case of support agents.
- AnyDesk, TeamViewer, LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo, Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection Manager (RDCMan), Chrome Remote Desktop and UltraVNC
Much cheaper licence then TeamViewer and much more user friendly than UltraVNC for example. Better performance then AnyDesk or Chrome Remote Desktop. It has simple user interface which can be immediatly understood. But if you dig deeper you see there is in depth capabilites for remote access and computer management.

1 - It is really easy to use so support is not needed. We have short learning lesson for new technicans and that is it. All updates are done automaticly. It used to be hard to see the new updates but now you can immediatly see there is an update waiting for you so users do all the maintanance by themselves.

Evaluating ISL Light and Competitors
Yes - TeamViewer - when I was a solo employee I used TeamViewer to support customers but license was to expansive so I chose ISL Light after using 14 day trial. It offered everything that TeamViewer had and more.

I would not. We tried also free software like UltraVNC or UltraViewer but they are either much harder to set up or harder to use.

Yes - Yes, mouse cursor skipping on ISL Light for mobile devices. The bug was gone in one of the newer updates.
When we couldn't connect to one of the machines. There was something with the compatibility for that specific AMD processor with integrated graphics. Remote screen and control just did not want to work.
It took their support hours to see what the problem is and how to fix it as nothing worked. They really went above and beyond to fix the issue.
