Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light
I am using ISL Light to help out my customers with IT related support-questions. While on the phone, I can directly give them a short-code which they enter on my company website: the remote control part of ISL Light pops up on my computer and I can take over control a few seconds later. Very easy for me and very easy for the customer.

When I performed a little market research I found out that ISL Light has great competitive pricing. Especially a major benefit for me personally, is that there is the possibility to purchase the license on per-credit use (besides per subscription).
