Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light

The primary use of ISL Light in our company is for remote support of our clients. However, as ISL Online doesn't limit the number of users, I also was able to create my ISL account. I use ISL Light for accessing my office computer remotely when I need it. I'm often connecting to clients' computer - it is easier to explain and demonstrate our product.

Pros

  • versatility of the product
  • works great on different platforms
  • reliable solution

Cons

  • we sometimes miss software updates
  • file transfer GUI could be updated
  • For me the ROI is that I save more time and I'm more efficient than without ISL Light
ISL Light was our first choice, as it a local product and we like to support local

There are different use case scenarios where ISL Light works well, be it remote support, remote demos or even remote sales. I like their licesing model as they don't limit number of users or workstations, that works really well for us.
