Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light

We at [...] are using ISL Light every day and I couldn't imagine working without it. It makes connecting to users computers easy, quick and safe. We're using ISL Light Always ON and implemented extension on our website and I must say that it really is "made for dummies" since none of our clients have problems downloading the client and connecting to the session.

Pros

  • Easy to connect to computers
  • Easy to guide customer and solve their problems
  • Customizable for every users need

Cons

  • MacOS users needs to confirm connectivity in System Preferences when connecting for the first time
  • Satisfied customers
  • Quick response/connectivity and even more satisfied customers
  • A collection of collected computers
Because of all the great features that ISL Light has and the impact on making daily work easier and quicker to achieve.
Easier to use, easier to install and easier to manage. No dropping in connectivity and the GUI is much better than any other program.

I would recommend ISL Light over all the other remote connection programs. It has a lot of features but it is still easy to use. Their support is great and very quick in responding and solving any problems that occur.

With ISL Light Always ON you'll be even quicker with solving customers problems. Installation program is well customized and can be even pushed with GPO. It's basically everything that you need in Sys Admin role.
