Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light

We use ISL Light to provide live chat from within our website to support our line of business software product, and ISL Pronto to provide remote desktop support to our clients. The chat client is lightweight and works well and transitions into the remote desktop support mode cleanly.

Pros

  • Live chat for technical support
  • Remote desktop support
  • Remote file transfers

Cons

  • The only real downside is the login system for ISL Light users, it can be tricky to work out how to setup our logins.
  • ISL Light allows us to close off tech support requests more quickly.
ISL Light is very easy to use but some areas of the UI are slightly unintuitive. Our clients sometimes find the process of connecting to a remote desktop session confusing but nothing major.
