We use ISL Light to provide live chat from within our website to support our line of business software product, and ISL Pronto to provide remote desktop support to our clients. The chat client is lightweight and works well and transitions into the remote desktop support mode cleanly.

- The only real downside is the login system for ISL Light users, it can be tricky to work out how to setup our logins.
