Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light
I use ISL Light everyday to securely access my users servers
and desktops, to provide them fast , efficient support, this not only
allows safe connection to the end users but allows complete visibility whilst support
is carried out. This gives the end user confidence in the work being carried out and increase the trust they have in the actions being performed.

Pros
- not limited to just desktop support
- fast connection
- allows for live chat and fast deployment to new end users with not messy codes
Cons
- possibly add custom branding , e.g. my Logo
- remote acces to iPhone and iPad
- better connectivity for Apple Mac (but i think this is more an Apple issue
- +ve - it is very well priced and a much lower price point than previously used remote solutions.
- +ve has allowed me to be very responsive in emergency IT scenarios
each of these solutions mised some functionailty that was included in ISL Light, and they were all more expensive.
