Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light

We use ISL Light as a fantastic support tool to offer our business network quickly reachable support when it is needed. The tool itself is very simple to use even for those who are let's say a bit challenged in this technologically advanced age. Looking forward to continue using the program in the future.

Pros

  • Very easy setup
  • Easy functionality with multiple displays
  • Possibility of file transfer

Cons

  • Including possibility of drag and drop files between desktops
  • Cutting down costs for support by doing it remotely with ease
  • Less additional expenses by organizing virtual schooling
This digital tool is very easy to install / set up. Even for those that are not very tech savvy. It is also simple to use with a lot of functional tools that make your work with the program even easier. It is also a great tool to remotely access your home/work computer.

One scenario is when there is an employee who has any kind of difficulty with general computer usage or specific settings needing to be done but has a lacking knowledge to successfully complete the task by himself or herself. It is also a great way for schooling / introducing new work procedures remotely.
