Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light
ISL worked and is really a what you see is what you get software. Rarely had any issues with ISL Light.
Pros
- File transfers to and from
- AlwaysON software
Cons
- Elevation service can be very tricky on some systems
- sleeker and shorter URL address for when you call someone and ask them to visit the site
- With other RMMs we sometime experience issues and need to switch to a secondary one, with ISL, ISL was the primary and secondary option, just worked, cannot quote numbers
Fast, quick, nonsense free, can downgrade picture quality for clients on mobile broadband
The three above mentioned softwares like CWA, Splashtop and TeamViewer can require you to lookup information on how to use the software, in-comparison to ISL where it's easy graphically.
