Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light
I run an IT business and need to log in to my customers' computers at all times, day or night, whether they are at home or not. I can do this through ISL without being inconvenient for either of us. On top of that, the features they offer are perfect for someone who doesn't have the capital to afford options like copying files from computer to computer, updating software, or seeing just the overall system information of that computer. It is cost-effective as you can buy a package for any number of computers, so you don't have to spend a fortune on this kind of service. I highly recommend it
Pros
- Copying files from computer to computer
- The login process is automated and simple
- The connection is secure
Cons
- Offering connecting from one computer to multiple computers without surcharge
- Simplifying the setup process for the customer on the other end
- Making some of the features that are available only on Windows on Mac such as blackout screen
- The most the return on my time that it would take me to travel to these locations. And that is immense
- The actual application of I in saving me money from a business standpoint other than mentioned above is negligible since if I was in person I'd be able to do everything I need to
In the over ten years I've used ISL I've never had to call Technical Support
